As a fellow equestrian, I started this business to provide exceptional embroidery and screen printing services for other horse people. I work extremely hard to meet the needs of all of my customers and am so grateful for each and every one!

Customer-Supplied Items

Please note, Le Cheval Designs will work with customer-supplied products. We will not accept high dollar or sentimental/irreplaceable items. Due to the off chance that a freak machine malfunction could damage them. Le Cheval Designs will not be held responsible for provided items for potential issues arising from uncontrollable machine failure, fabric not being suitable for embroidery, or any other complication out of the control of the operator. Le Cheval Designs will replace readily-available or LCD sourced items for any of the aforementioned instances.

I am happy to discuss, and potentially source, specific products for customer-specific orders. Please don't hesitate to ask if you'd like a more inexpensive option, special brand, color of an item, etc. I'm happy to work with you to try my best to find exactly what you'd like. 

Product Care Instructions

Handling: I do typically suggest washing items that can be washed in cold water and dried on very low or line-dried if possible. 

Returns/Refunds: Items with any personalization or customization cannot be returned or refunded. Exceptions: operator misspelling (misspellings by the customer are not eligible for refund), item not shipped out by clearly communicated deadline.
