How should I care for my custom apparel?

To help preserve the quality of your garment, machine wash it inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and ironing directly over printed or embroidered designs.

I absolutely love this hat! The hat is made of high quality, sturdy material and the braiding around the brim adds to the equine vibe! The stitching on the embroidery is also very well done and looks beautiful.

The seller was also extremely responsive and helpful - I noticed the tracking showed the item was overdue and USPS wasn’t updating tracking information. I contacted the seller and they were already on top of it. USPS had lost the order and the seller had already remade and resent my items. I absolutely will be ordering from here again!
